    • Do you require finance ? If so, we can put you in touch with some of our recommended brokers and help you through the process

    Land/ Council Requirements

    • Looking to bring your Tiny Home onto land you already own ? - get in touch with your local council to go over your specific requirements

    • Looking to rent land to park your Tiny Home on ? We can assist in pointing you in the right direction to find the block your after.

    Site Set-up

    • Are you looking to be Off-Grid or hooking up to mains power and water supply?

    • Any additional works : eg. Site preparation prior to delivery, Decks and pergolas once the Tiny Home is in position - All things we can get sorted for you.

    Transportation

    • Are you looking to organise your own transport or have our team deliver your home to site.

    Choose from one of our base designs and get the process started and the ideas flowing.

  • We’ll arrange an initial meeting, either in person or online, to discuss your preferred design and any site-specific requirements. This ensures you have all the relevant information before moving forward.

    Once we’ve gathered the necessary details and answered any questions, we can confidently progress to the next step.

  • Once we’ve discussed your requirements, design, customisations, and planning considerations via teams meeting, we’ll provide a detailed quote outlining everything included.

  • Once you’ve reviewed the quote and are happy to proceed, we will prepare a contract outlining the agreed scope of works and progress payment schedule.

  • Once the contract has been signed, the build process will commence. Typical build time from contract execution to delivery is approximately 2–3 months.

    We’ll keep you informed at key stages throughout the build, with clear communication to ensure the process runs smoothly and the final outcome is delivered as intended.

  • We work with a trusted transport partner to deliver our homes across Australia, ensuring a smooth and seamless delivery experience.

    For larger trailer sizes exceeding 2.5 m in width, we’ll discuss the specific transport requirements with you, including any permits or approvals needed to ensure safe and compliant delivery.
